ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

The web shop of Helsinki Brief Therapy Institute is a secure shopping area. When you pay with credit card, you will not give your credit card information to us, instead, you will temporarily directed to the secure web site of the Finnish VISA/EUROCARD company Luottokunta. The credit card company handles your payment and send us an OK providing your card is valid. We will then mail you your order on the following working day.

Browse the shop and collect the items you wish to order into your shopping cart. When you are done, choose your preferred method of payment. The default is Visa/Eurocard/MasterCard. However, if you are a returning customer, you can also choose "BILLING" which means that we will send you a bill with the goods.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

This webshop offers three optional methods of payment

1) CREDIT CARD. If you choose to pay using Visa/Eurocard/MasterCard, you place the order at our web shop. When you are ready to pay your order, you will be directed to the secure web site of the credit card company where you will take care of the payment. In other words, you don't give us your credit card information, you give it directly to the credit card company. Having taken care of your payment at the credit card compapy, you will be redirected to our shop where you will recieve confirmation of your payment whereupon we will ship you your goods right away.

3) BILLING. This option is reserved for returning customers, companies and institutions. We will add 7 euros as invoice charge to cover the banking costs. We will send you an invoice with the goods and expect you to pay the invoice by international money order. Detailed instuctions about how to do this will be printed on your invoice.
We do not accept cheques.

2) PAY PAL. You can also use Pay Pal, a popular web payment system. To use Pay Pal you need to have a credit card and you need to register to become a member of Pay Pal. To find out more about this option go to www.paypal.com.

TAX FREE PURCHASE

If you buy products from us in the name of a company and you inform us your VAT number, you can get your goods tax-free. The tax for books in Finland is 8% and for other products 22%.

CONSUMERS RIGHTS

We comply with the European union consumer laws. If you are dissatisfied with the purchased goods, you can get your money back if you notify us promptly about your decision and return the goods to us by mail within 14 days after receiving them.
